Find the shipping date
The sixty days run from the day your parcel left the warehouse, not the day it arrived. The shipping confirmation email settles the date, so keep it somewhere you can find it.
Email support before posting anything
Write to the address on your packing slip, say you are using the money-back guarantee and quote your order number. The reply carries the return address and any reference to write on the parcel.
Post the bottles back
Finished bottles are accepted, which is the whole point of a sixty-day window. Use a tracked service; the postage is yours and an untraceable parcel is one you cannot prove you sent.
The refund lands on the original card
The product cost returns to the card you paid with, usually inside a week of the return being received. Delivery charges you paid are not refunded.
